Private lot owners have the right to tow vehicles that don't belong. The towing company must provide: phone number, vehicle's storage location, cost of recovery, and accepted payment methods (via sign, paper handout, or mail). Vehicles may be picked up 8:00am–6:00pm Monday–Friday (except holidays), and within 60 minutes of request at other times.
