Property must be clearly posted in a conspicuous area near the location of the tow with the name and phone number of the licensed tow company. Only companies licensed for nonconsent tows may post signs.
🏢Private Property Rules
Property owners can tow illegally parked vehicles but must follow specific guidelines. The tow company must notify the Police Department by the next business day with the make, model, and license number of the vehicle removed.
